Good news came in 3s for me this week...
"Lean Times", a short by the Florida Independent Filmmakers company that I worked F/X and Garith took the DP position on in June was accepted into the Melbourne International Filmmaker festival. (MIFF)
The Help the Werewolves campaign on indiegogo to raise money for the creatures for Predatory Moon (This little werewolf film that I've been directing) just exceeded its goal with 19 more days left to go!
And "Of Dice and Men", Helix Media's entry in the Tampa 48-hr film challenge has been nominated for three awards: Score, Costumes, and Choreography. My husband Duckie was the fight choreographer on this, so I'm especially pleased to see this! (Garith acted and I was doing F/X for them.)
